Just a suggestion: for a big product intro, sending the email to a big list all at once right at the drop time may be blocked, and doesn’t really give much notice. Plus, it obviously didn’t work.

It would probably make more sense to send it a day in advance. I’m not complaining, just suggesting.

Here is what I did. I emailed them the other day and they told me to follow them on Twitter
The hashtag is RazoRock
All the info was there for the launch at 9pm EDT
I was lucky to get one
One per customer

That's fine, but just nix the email notification then. Not complaining either because I did get one, but why even have an email notification if you aren't going to send one? Twitter works.

Not everyone uses social media, so we use both. Email notification are balanced with stock, so if X number or razors go into stock, X number of emails go out, in the order received.
We will produce continuously every month until all demand is met and all emails are notified. Eventually, everyone that wants one will have one.
