Ran across this group using a new approach for creating high accuracy formed parts, including sheets of Ti. I wonder if an interesting modern injector could be created using stamped or formed Ti parts, that allow for innovative spring and retention designs, but still resembles a traditional injector. Not sure if the tooling scales down to an injector sized part or even smaller elements, but some of the thin walled Ti parts shown towards the end of this video are interesting.
