My record was made using the same Feather blade for one month obtain peculiar result, from one side the shave were never comfortable, but very strangely the skin after the shave was always in perfect condition, how if the skin was never touched only the grain.
Something unique that don't happen to me with other combinations.
But the last few shave weren't enought efficient to remove part of the grain, so I should have retired it from service sooner, but even so its duration still remained notable.

...
Did you completely remove the blade to rinse off the razor, or just leave it in (maybe loosen it) and hold it under the faucet?
I take mine out to rinse it (because I never use the same razor twice in a row), then make a point of turning it over for the next shave. This is easier to keep track of if the blade edges are numbered 1, 2, 3 & 4.

I rarely notice a difference between one edge or the other, unless the razor doesn't perfectly align the blade and it's slightly off-centre.
