Other than me, no one has access on the razors, never fell or hit anywhere. It's a mystery to me how that happened.

Alignment issues...


I'm disappointed and I'm not sure if I will continue buying Merkur razors. I sincerely doubt.

That alignment issue with the Futur is just how you dropped the blade in. Once the cap is secured to the handle it will straighten out (or did it not?). I just tested it on one we have here and it straightened out just fine.
Contact the vendor you purchased it from and they should be able to offer a replacement if it's within their normal exchange period.

Shaven in the Past
That makes me queasy just looking at it. Probably just a slip at the ol factory. It happens. I'm sure a reputable vendor will offer an exchange.
