My RR Monster has an ever-so-slight "dent" inward on the edge of the loft, but it's barely noticeable visually and not at all noticeable during use. I should also mention that my RR Plissoft 24mm is absolutely perfect. No flaws at all. I switch back and forth between the two, depending on the shave. 3+ pass shaves go to the 26mm Monster, with 2 pass shaves going to the 24mm.
However, a challenger has emerged.... the Crown King 26mm "Suave" Checkmate. Knot appears to be the same as the Sunrise knots, although the way they're set in the handle makes them a bit denser with a tighter splay, while not being any harder to splay (if that makes any sense).
