First and foremost this is not the blade-trade depository that most forums run. Sorry, that is not the purpose of my request.
Most of you know that I seek out vintage razors. In doing so I started collecting the vintage blades that came with them, or that I found loose on the side for sale. As with anything you collect, there is that point when the rabbit hole sucks you in. Well I am in over my head so I am going full steam ahead.
I decided on a project where I will use all and every vintage blade I find, even if it has corrosion. I am not using them but will be displaying them. I am after any and all blades AND wrappers of modern and vintage blades. I am particularly interested in vintage as their graphics are one of a kind. But, I only need one of everything for my display. I have compiled a list of all of the blades I have. Some I have many multiples of blades and only need one for my project so if someone out there in DFS land wants a particular vintage blade for their display, or a particular new blade in return, I will send them one in trade. (Except Feathers. My supply is limited and they are pricey)
My idea is this;
You have a particular blade you know I need. Send me a PM with what you have, your address, and choice of blade you would like in return. I will send you a letter with your blade choice and a stamp, and you mail me back a letter with the blade I need. I sincerely hope it works as simple in practice as it does in theory.
