I had to throw one away.
It snapped in my razor.
Wondering if the alloy makes it brittle? I have seen other blades break in other razors though. So I wouldn't take it too much to heart here.
I just found it ironic that the first one I've used in a while snapped like that. Only used it twice. Opened my razor to dry it off and had to toss the expensive blade that I was expecting to be using for at least two and a half more weeks.

Shave yourself.

I haven't used the DE blades, but the injector blades I have are phenomenal. I have 12 shaves on one and it is still like new. I have a coarse beard and only get 5 shaves out of a Gem SE blade and about that out of a modern injector blade.i got lucky enough to find a 7 pack NOS at a flea market.

It's the same for me. No Personna 74 DE blades, but I do have a small stash of Personna 74 injector blades. They do seem to last forever! I have one in a Schick E2 that I have no idea how many shaves are on it. I just know that it is still wickedly sharp. The DE and injector Personna 74's have gotten prohibitively expensive unless you find them at a yard sale or flea market like you did, Polishaver . I've seen them go for insane prices on eBay!
