Not to be negative, but I don't approve of poor communication. Why put the offer out there only to ignore you?

It does leave a bit of a bad taste. At least someone from PMB should post in here, "Thankvyou for the interest, we have what we need", or whatever.

I would certainly hope that communication would be greatly improved if product was actually purchased...

I was curious about the brand as well and either looking forward to trying or hearing from others.

Maybe Pallmallbarbers will chime in with an udpate.

They joined the forum May 11 and the last visit was May 26. I wouldn't expect much at this point. Best of intentions I'm sure but lack of followthrough is indicative of a poorly planned social media campaign and marketing strategy. The social media space can be a double edged sword that can make or break it.

They're a London based business so even though they said they'd be open to reviewers in USA, really, why go to the hassle of sending samples overseas when you can dole them out locally to folks who might even get their haircut in your shop.

I was wondering that myself when the offer first popped up, but they seemed keen on getting input from all over. Also, the few reviews/SOTDs that I have seen for their products have all been from North America...

I hope everything is just so busy that they have not had the time to get away and visit the site. Maybe their products are good enough that local sales and walk-in business have made this an unnecessary endeavor.

Whatever the reasoning, I do wish them the best of luck...
