I'm on the ole Amazon subscription thing where every 4 weeks they automatically send it.
I think there's probably some benefits to collagen.
Good to see your giving it a go too Alan, let's see how it goes.

Nice I did manage to buy it at Costco and on iHerb they sell all organic producs, need 5 months plus to see results but I have good feeling about it Happy2

I been using before Vega brand and few others but learned this stuff is not really good and organic plus it was hard to digest on other hand lol

Collagen is protein and is good for nail strength and growth. It won't hurt you. If you've eaten Jello you've eaten collagen with sugar and flavoring. MCT oil is "medium chain triglycerides" and is said to go directly to the liver for immediate metabolization. At least that's how it works in someone in ketosis (supposedly). Does it work that way if someone burns sugar and not oils/fats? And that would be most folks. I have no idea. MCT is one of the few oils I keep on the shelf. I use it 50/50 when I make my mayonnaise since it has no flavor and lets the mayo shine through.

Thanks to let me know, any good Reccomended Proteins I used Vega from Costco but heard not really good for you and not recomended unless it’s grass fed…

Grass fed is always considered to be better esp' if it's unrefined like butter, milk, and meat. It has naturally occurring chemicals in it (that the cow makes as part of being alive) that are beneficial. So I've read. But boiled hooves and bones? Maybe there too. I just don't know. But it comes from the cow, it must have what was in the cow. But that's pure guesswork.

Proteins... just get a good varied diet. The body breaks protein down into amino acids then reassembles them into what it requires at the moment.

I know of a person who eats the same thing every day. Really, the exact same thing, and on a schedule. Nothing but problems there and he's in deep doo-doo health wise. What he eats isn't bad, it just has no variety so that he can get nutrition from many sources. For years he ate nothing but oats but he's off that kick AFTER causing damage that he can't reverse after years of trying. Don't be David.

Living on the edge
I use a brand I found on iHerb called Sports Research.
They make the collagen and mct oil separately and I've found the quality to be top notch
in both.
