I know there's at least some stainless steel razor where leaving the wet blade in the razor is a common cause of staining of the razor itself.
I think I remember Pils owners having reported this with some frequency (I have a Pils myself and always take the blade out after the shave) - but I can't remember if this was due to the dye/coating used w/ the Pils or not.
I'd be interested in hearing from people that constantly leave the blade wet in the OneBlade - and have done so for several months. Does it cause any staining? (I know the OneBlade also sports a coating of some kind but not sure how/if 'stain repelling' it is
