I just ordered the balm, splash and soap. But I’m a little freaked out now after looking at the invoice.

I noticed they only charged me $5.00 for the soap! What the heck? 5 bucks?! It’s not the vegan but rather the 4oz “Canard” with duck fat. Did I blow it somehow? Is the vegan at $17.00 what I wanted?

What should I be looking forward to receiving?

It says 4oz. Yeah, I’m confused too. Maybe I got a great deal? Lol!!! Yeah, I don’t have that kind of luck.

The one ounce samples are $5. I would tell the vendor but I’m sure she will figure it out. Sounds like an error occurred.

My one and only rose scented soap and I really like it BUT I am a huge Oleo fan. YMMV.

Drifter, this scent seems to be a polarizing type "rose" scent. Some really don't like it while others love it...I fall in the love category. But if you are expecting a true rose scent, you're probably going to be disappointed.

I think it was Marko who said he didn't or can't detect any rose. I can sense some rose but it's a "dirty" rose scent...and I mean that in a positive way. Personally, I think it blends well with the vetiver and patchouli.

If this is your 1st Oleo Canard base, I don't think you'll be disappointed in the performance. This stuff produces some great lather and post-shave feel!

Yes, its a very nice scent but if you're looking for a rose forward soap this isn't it. Even though I don't detect rose in the scent profile, I'm sure I'd notice it missing if it weren't there. It would be hard to be disappointed in this soap in any case.

After checking a number of scents, it appears that samples have been removed or totally out of stock. Disappointing.

I’m totally looking forward to the soap and it’s aftershaves. I got the splash and balm!  I’m stoked.

I was hoping for a rose scent, my wife loves my GEO F Rose.  I just want more from that cream...  All said and done, I can live with a “dirty rose.”  Thanks @-hoosiershave I read Marko state he thought highly of the product - that was enough for me.  But it’s good to know not to expect the rose scent.  Thanks for the insights gents.
