I don't mean to bitch but their customer service is awful.. I emailed them twice as I have a lot of points and I wanted to buy a Occam but once in the cart I realized that it was a V1 as I called a friend before checking out. He told me V2 isn't out yet so I deleted it from my cart but it still took my points away. So I tried calling right away. No answer. Thought ok maybe it's because of Memorial day they took an extra day off as this was on Tuesday so sent an email that night. Tried on Wed and still no answer and then yesterday again. No answer or not even a voicemail to leave a message! Tell me what kind of business doesn't have a voicemail so that customers or potential customers can get in touch. I sent another email letting them know how frustrating it is to do business with a company where no one responds and take a guess....still no response! They sure enough respond if you put something in your cart and then leave it there. They come back with a quick you left something in your cart and now an added " 15% off " or if you buy a product they are also quick in asking for a review of your purchase. I don't get it. If I ran my business that way I'd be out of business in no time.

I just shaved with Occam's Razor v1.  It gave an excellent shave.  It is not without flaws such as shaving under the nose, and some are not enamored of its handle. I am truly impressed every time I use it.  It is my favorite of the Feather/KAI/Schick SE blade razors.  I am hoping that v2 alleviates its small shortcomings.  I am also hoping that v2 is delivered before the Fourth of July.

There are two people on the Kickstarter site who say they have received their V2 razors. In fact one of the two had a problem with his V2 handle and apparently he has already received a replacement.

I sent Classic an email since I have heard nothing since the laser went down and with that email it sounded like the rest would be shipped the following week. No response yet.

Sounds like communications have never been a strong point at Occam's Razor. A backer does get excited with shipping next week messages - and I am really easy to get excited and hopes up. I have been checking my mailbox daily - just bills or junk mail.

The Kickstarter promise was August and will probably arrive before my Rockwell Model T. My hopes were higher for my first SE razor.

I was fine waiting until August until they announced it would be shipped in May. Then it never shipped. Next they announced it would be shipped in June. Then it never shipped in June. I would be much happier if they would just update the shipping status on their kickstarter site. Communication can smooth over many issues with your supporters and/or customers.

Recent update today is "all shipped". Thursday delivery in US and 2 weeks Intl.

Received mine today. Wrong color - received the Gold/Bornze - in theory I ordered the stainless,

I will say the razor does look nice, well packaged, and appears nice quality.
