Very similar design for both heads.  Both razors are made in China.  One has a pivot; one doesn't.  One costs over $300, the other costs under $100.  They use different blades.  One blade is notably sharper, longer lived, more available, and less expensive than the other.  I like both razors, but I like the Occam's Razor better.  The early model OneBlades will work with de-spined Gem blades, which provides a better and less expensive shave, but the Occam's Razor using a Feather AC Pro blade is still a better shaver at less than half the cost.

Thanks for your opinion on comparing the two razors.

How many razors can you use at one time?

I find it odd that so many seem to dislike the Oren. I realize that we have a YMMV hobby, but the Oren provides both a more comfortable and more efficient shave than anything other than (possibly) the RX V2. RR, ATT, Colonial, are all good razors, but that little bit of flex offered with the Oren works best for me.

Where can one get an OREN? They seem to have been out of stock for a long time.

I had a OneBlade Genesis. Absolutely awful Feather blades. Expensive razor for bad blades. I returned it for a refund. Not worth hacking it to use GEM blades, I would rather not support a company that uses awful proprietary blades to make a profit.

Classic Shaving Occam's Razor — Classic Shaving  has them from time to time.  They have the older style in stock now for under $80.  It has the same shaving geometry, but not the skeletonized handle and the shortened safety bar; otherwise it shaves about the same.  Or you could post a Want to Buy on BS&T; that's how I got mine.  About the OneBlade, I pretty much agree.

Check out the new highproof razor. I picked one up during their kickstart after watching a review by Subie Shaves. Waiting on a second Kickstarter order that’s been lost in the mail.

I’ve heard good things about the OREN but opted for the razor rock hawk v3, which is still in my den. As you mentioned, the OneBlade feather single edge is a fatal flaw in the design
