Hey that is a impressive den, quality and usage will beat a huge den with a lot of dust collectors. I do not have a wolfie and would have to sell one one kids to get one...lol.
But seriously, most  likely you can not tell for a few reasons and this is my surmise. 
First it could a testament to the smoothness of each of the different types ( OC, SB), they could be to feel as you have indicated.
But curious, what is the end result for both?
If you did a very precise side by side test. What would be the outcome.
That maybe a fun little test.
Note: a lot of shaver will compensate there strokes and buffing for different razors, plates in the comparison,
So you will see a lot of shave say...they are vert close and can not tell the difference.
So it is important to keep the shaving process as identical as possible.
