What size are the nylon washers used as a bumper between a razor handle and bottom plate?

I bought a pack of 4 1/4" at Home Depot. They fit very nicely. You buy them online you have to pay for shipping.

That’s a great price. I got 100 M5 washers for $9.00 on Amazon.

To be the odd guy out, the washers may be protecting your baseplate but if the threads are not long enough you are putting stress on the threads which is probably the weakest link of most modern razors. Just my opinion

Mark, I have seen posts about that and I can understand how that could be an issue if there weren't enough threads. In all of my razors I've never had one that one of these tiny thin washers could make that big of a difference in how far that post sticks out. Every handle that I use a washer with makes multiple multiple multiple.......many revolutions before it ever gets in contact with the washer. And one would have to really gorilla strong arm tighten a handle on there much more than needed in order to damage them. That's just my opinion. Won't even get you a cup of coffee. I've been doing it for a couple years and had no issues and know others doing it for longer than me with no issues. Just my perspective and experience that I've had.

After I lost one of these during a razor pass-around, I decided I needed them. Once I got them, I put one on each 3 piece razor I own. I still lose them down the drain occasionally. None of the big box hardware stores or local ones in my area have these in stock. I ordered them from Amazon and got 400 of them for $10.39 and they are in stock with free 2-3 day shipping for Amazon Prime members! This quantity is plenty to share with your local shave club members or to give away during a pass around. I am now glad I have them in my shave gear. Hopefully, no one in this forum has 400 3 piece razors to use all of them!
Here is the item description on Amazon, if you are interested: uxcell M5 x 10mm x 1mm Nylon Flat Insulating Washers Spacers Fastener Grey White 400PCS.
