I have Menards nearby, so I saw the same ad. The sad thing about this offer is not that people wasted $3.99. The sad thing is that they will be turned off from wet shaving from now on.

Probably nothing. I doubt that it would shave at all.

I am really curious as to what sort of steel the razor is made from. Chrome plated maybe?

If it was decent Carbon steel and not plated, maybe it could be salvaged somehow?

How can anything be made for $3.99? I know, don't tell me......slave labor.
