New Supply Pro / SE Razors

Please close this thread if I’m stepping on anyone’s toes or a thread was already opened, but I haven’t seen any talk about Supply’s new razors - specifically the new Adjustable (on the fly) Pro razor.

Did anyone else pre-order on Kickstarter?? My <Pro> has shipped and is on its way to me. What does everyone think of the Pro and SE? Did anyone else order the Pro? I saw that Mantic59 tried out an early prototype of the SE but didn’t see any reports of prototypes of the Pro in the wild. I’m eager to receive it and I’m hoping it is a winner for them. I like Patrick and Supply and appreciate what they are doing - I haven’t had the best success with their regular single edge although my beard / face does like some injectors (several vintage and definitely the Parker Adjustable). I just had to give the Pro a chance.

My Supply Pro arrived today. I will take it for a spin in the morning.

My Pro matte black is due to deliver tomorrow. I held out in spite of some bad reviews of the company and the uncertainty of a new design. For the cost, I have no expectations. I am just going to evaluate it on it's merits. I chose this over a vintage adjustable due to the ridiculous prices being asked.

So jealous…. What color did you get? Have you seen any reviews out there on the Pro?

I got the black Pro. I have not seen an reviews on the Pro but I love my Supply V2.

My Pro is scheduled to arrive Wednesday. I have the V2 as well and like it. I got the classic matte finish.

supply was supposed to send me some stuff to pass around the forum but Patrick never gets back to me and each time I reach out to them on instagram, they say to email Patrick....so, yeah!

Lol @ Patrick. Seems like a really nice guy, probably wicked busy though especially with the new razors coming out and verifying build, QC, etc.

Sounds like my matte black pro will be delivered on Wednesday as well if the USPS can be trusted… hopefully it goes well

Jealous of you guys getting delivery tomorrow! I’ll just have to use my Parker Adjustable until Wednesday.

I received the Supply Co Pro yesterday and given my complete lack of patience, I took it for a spin this morning.  I will say upfront that I have Supply Co V2 razor as well.  I absolutely love V2.  Having read some negative comments on the new Black Label blades I really did not expect much from the blade.  I was pleasantly surprised.  The blade worked great for me.  I found it much better than the Supply Co White label blades that shipped with the V2 razor.  I set the razor for 3 and went to work.  Three passes and minimal touch ups caught the baby with ease.  I found the setup equal to or better than the Supply Co V2 that I used last week.  My initial impressions are very positive.  I will keep using it for a few more days and update my thoughts.
