HMan tell me a bit about your meso weight gain strategy?  I’m actually in weight loss mode right now. Down 23 lbs in two months on WW. I needed to lose it.  Workouts are going well and adding muscle weight will be next. I picked up a couple of very nice cable attachments that I really like. Www.maxagrip.com. Have you seen these. I tried them at a gym last year and it took a while to track some down. Have a great day

Congrats on the weight loss, I did similarly last year, so have some room to try and gain some muscle now.

MAG Grip attachments are the thing! They aren't available here, but I have the Prime version, that has adjustable angles, and I absolutely love it. For me, it's the best thing to get a mind muscle connection to my lats I've tried. The thing I'd love to pick up someday is the long handle MAG since the prime is about shoulder width wide.

My program training wise, is a 6 day a week push/legs/pull split, generally I do 4 weeks then take an easy week. (Like now) I can get into more detail, but I don't want to bore anyone.

Diet, I have a spreadsheet, and count calories with it, making adjustments as needed, according to where the scale is going. E.g. I just noticed I misread my numbers, and am on the high end of where I want to be, so. need to be careful. (I shouldn't have ordered the monthly Japanese snack subscription!)

Today was a great shave with my Gibbs adjustable.

The 'big secret' was that Claudio sent me a blade notching tool. I just wanted to make sure he was cool it getting out there.

Anyone who's used a Gibbs knows that the biggest downside to owning one is the proprietary blade.

I've tried notching with a hole punch but over 50% of the time I either get the hole a little off to one side, or split the blade . I eventually moved over to the 3-d printed tabs, which work fine, but I can say that after using them for 6 months or so and going back to a properly notched blade, that the tabs somehow do something to the shave, subtle but noticeable today after so many months using them. The razor felt neutered in comparison.

Stellar shave, and I seem to be resolutely breaking my bad shave spell!

It’s funny how we can go through a stretch of seemingly inexplicable bad shaves. I guess you just power through like in basketball-if your shooting runs cold, keep shooting til your hot. If you’re shooting is hot, keep shooting til you’re cold. Shave on.
