I don't believe the story about his wife not approving because of the cost. Probably buyers remorse. Phil is good at promoting his merchandise. Who tested this razor? . There was no pass around. Yes the razor looks beauftiful but beauty is only skin deep. I'll stick with the Sterling SS which is much cheaper and shaves great.

Well, I’d cut the seller some slack on the sale price. I mean, for what it was sold it was just the extra 2.75% on the PayPal/Merchant processing fees. I wouldn’t fault anyone for that to be truthful.

That’s all speculative brother. Whether he did or didn’t, can’t be proven one way or the other. From the pics that the seller posted, looks pristine. Not that a good clean and buff couldn’t make it look new again. But, in the end, assumptions don’t get us anywhere. It sold and it’s done. Congrats to the new buyer and that the individual finds it to be a competent shaver....

The point i took from it is...selling for more than you paid for it on TSN was against the rules....until it isn't. Selective rule enforcement is the issue. Those guys over there can get a little wonky about "rules", again, until they don't. Double standards for everything these days it seems.

We will never know whether it was used or not, but ill be damned if I shipped out a new razors because my wife can always find "better" uses for $$$, without trying it first.

There is cryptic meaning in my post. I received my 17-4 today as well and already “tried” shaving with it. I could easily wipe it down from one use and sell it as new and let the new owner try to figure out why it won’t shave.

More info to come shortly.
