I shave every 2nd day with a Timeless solid bar .95. I’m thinking of a Bronze Timeless but can’t decide on a .38 or .78 blade gap. Need a little advice. I understand bronze is much different.
Many thanks,
Bill

Just my 2cents: I found the .38 bronze to be much harsher than the .95 stainless. I know everyone is different so gather several different opinions on this, but there is something about the geometry of the .38 that made it feel like I was dragging a straight across my face. I sold it after 3 shaves.

On the other hand, the .95 stainless is one of my favorites. I like the head geometry so much that I bought a .95 scalloped titanium this week.

The .38 is a bit mild, my choice would be the OC bronze. Some find it very aggressive and others like me find it very smooth. FWIW I also found the SB version to be very smooth.

Just goes to show how much this can vary between different people.

For further reference, I found the .38 bronze to be a very similar in blade feel to the Dart and R41

Definitely! I don't find the SB bronze comparable to the dart nor R41 Haha.  I did find the aluminum timeless a little harsh, but not the bronze version.

OP, you're just going to end up having to try both and see which one works out better for you.

Sounds very much like I’ll have to try both. Does bronze fit timeless caps and handles?
