I have been looking for an ABC at a reasonable price for a while. Congrats on the find. My advice would be if the shave wasnt to your satisfaction, try a different blade. Some of these older models can rely heavily on the blade, if its too mild, or too sharp (ie Personna vs Feather), it really affects the quality of the shave.

don't think I've ever heard of an abc old type... the handle is pretty darn cool looking though! good luck with it!!!

Looks like that first tooth could be straightened. If it turns out to be a keeper, you could also get it replated by Matt at the Razor Emporium.

Oh it was a terrible experiment. I'm sticking to my other collection.

I'm not sure if it can be repaired as new
