Yes, there is such a thread on almost every forum, it’s strange that you didn’t notice it earlier. Or maybe I just love sharing my musical preferences so much Smile

This is the first time I've heard this band, but it immediately reminded me of my teenage years when I listened to Evanescence, Apocalyptica, and The Pretty Reckless. But the chorus - wow! Very heavy! The riffs are similar to Korn, the voice is similar to... I can’t even remember who, but it’s very cool Smile
Especially when a girl and a man sing together!

I have been an amateur musician for nearly all of my life. I enjoy nearly all genres of music with the exception of hip-hop, rap, and some EDM. My apologies to those of you who are a fan of those genre. I like music anywhere from the Gregorian chants of the 9th century through ambient and new age music of the 21st century. 

As a child, I studied piano and also had a Hammond M102 organ, which was sometimes called the baby B3. My organ teacher had a Hammond B3 which is the most iconic organ of the 60s - 80s Rock. The M102 was the organ used by Procol Harum for their one hit wonder "A Whiter Shade of Pale".

Over the course of my lifetime, I have played piano, Hammond organ, pipe organ, recorder, saxophone, harmonica, guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, drums, and electronic keyboard. I have also sung and directed choirs. I guess the reason I have explored so many different instruments is that I never found one that I could master.  Huh. However, even in my advanced age, I still like listening to music, playing music and creating music. I have a small home audio studio that I use for my own entertainment. 

In some ways, I consider myself to be an audiophile as I listen to music critically, but at my age I cannot hear frequencies above 10K.

I recently ordered a Yamaha Genos 2 Flagship Arranger Keyboard. It should deliver tomorrow. Thus, most of the music I have been listening to recently has been Genos 2 videos such as the one below. It shows the wide range of genres of music that this keyboard can produce, so it suits my needs well, even if it was a huge strain on the wallet.
