Just received HL in the new polypropylene tub. Kind of striking to see that label on a white plastic jar instead of the classic tin.
These are the same that Wholly Kaw uses. I liked the look of the tins, but they did rust and dent.

I finally got around to using the first one, Vetiver, this morning. Color me very impressed. The soap really lived up to the comments in this thread. I will update my thoughts after I have had a chance to use each of them several times.I'd be interested to hear what you think of the wild honeysuckle, I think when it was released he said its a pretty strong scent, but most reviews I've read from users have said its more or less the same scent strength as his other soaps.
I'm sure you'll enjoy all of your new goodies!
I used Wild Honeysuckle for the first time this morning. I would have to say that the scent strength is more or less the same as my other 2 Mike's soaps.

Haven't used Mike's in a while but will be going with my only one tomorrow. Hope it's as good as I remember.
Kinda glad to see them in plastic tubs. I know metal is better for the environment but the tins didn't last that long unless it was a daily soap. I have a tin of OBPC that looks like it's starting to rust so I might have to transfer the soap soon.
Are the labels still paper?

I'm using a few Mike's soaps this week and getting a nice reminder of how good the stuff is. Pine & cedarwood yesterday, vetiver today, rose & cedarwood on deck for tomorrow.

As I'm looking at my den for my great den purge of 2018 I think this lone tub of Mike's will remain in the den.
That's one of my favourite Mike's soaps Also like that Chatillon Lux toner too.

It's the perfect match to this soap at least I think so. I find a lot of other orange scented soaps give off that artificial industrial cleaner type scent.
