Maple pie - seems to be a custard pie with maple syrup. I saw an NHL player say it was his favorite and clipped the recipe many years ago. Long since lost but I am thinking of trying it out with a recipe from the web. Is it a Canadian thing or Quebec? I had never heard of it after spending time in New England.
