Ordered in February, but arrived today... So I'm posting it here...

Got three packages in the mail:

A set of 6 Fendrihan shaving Cream sampler. So far smelling them, the Bay Rum smells the best to me (and nothing like Bay Rum). Can't wait to try them.

A 2oz tub of Heritage Soap Washington.

A 24mm Trotter Handcrafts 2-Band Shaving Brush, care of our own brush wizard Stubble Daddy . I can't wait until tomorrow's shave to take it for a spin!

Thanks again Paul!

My Amazon order for a tube of Old Spice Lime, placed in June 1972, arrived last night. Man, what a disappointing scent. Very creamy, light musk, and a quickly fleeting chemical lime scent. This is super sad, as I really dig the scent of their current "original" cream tube. I guess lighting couldn't strike twice.

I am presuming it's performance is going to be like the original, which is ok but you're not singing any praises. It's likely to be relegated to a storage box as it's definitely not one I'm going to reach for.

I'd still use it before the Washington soap I got the other day, unless I'm in a 'grateful dead mood'. I must be extra sensitive to patchouli.

Live and learn. [Image: 911d296e9b52fc137018cd0b803f818a.jpg]

It's sharp and it cuts. I like it...

In today from Timeless Razors. Was hoping to get it before the FFFMM ( Fixed Four For March Madness over in another forum, B&B) shave event but, it just didn’t make it in time. Oh well, still going to give it a go and dial it in. The Aluminum razor is from their scratch&dent specials for get this, $50US! Heck of a deal and the razor looks pristine. I’m not a big fan of lightweight razors (though I do have a few that work quite well) but, this razor does feel good in the hands. And the handle is their new Crown Ti and it’s a looker. Solid products from Timeless and just a class act vendor. They get it.....
