Received email today from Maggard Razors and they will start selling the Black and White knot with a handle in the 22, 24 and 30mm size. Should be available mid-August.

Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

Yeah and the prices were very nice at 11.95, 13.95 and 15.95. (unless that changes between today's email and them being available)

I just got two new badger knots from the good folks at Maggard Razors.

Ordered a 28mm which is sumptuous. Filled out the 30mm socket of the Razorock Beehive with not even a hair to spare. No wiggle room at all.

The other knot was a 22mm and went in like a glove into this old butterscotch Vulfix brush that has a 23mm socket.

These knots are lovely. Simply lovely.

The knot in the beehive looks fantastic. What did you set the loft at and how's the density?

Loft is 58mm.

Density looks great. Haven't used it yet, but I would call it medium to heavy for density.

I see now Maggards has added Silver Tip Badger knots.

Wish they would offer some handles in 2mm increments at an affordable price now that they offer so many knots to purchase. Also would be nice to have them drilled with a decent depth and maybe offer spacers to make it easy to set the loft to your liking.
