The mildest of the mild is the now extinct Feather AS-D1. You will see them pop up in classifieds here and there. The Tech is not as mild but is easier to come by.

I agree with many others that the Gillette Techs are a great quality mild razor. I'm sure I've got some floating around(PM if interested). Blue Tip Super Speeds are also very mild.

The Parker 24/26C is mild but efficient.

You could also opt for an adjustable, and dial it down as low as you care to go.

The adjustable just came to mind for me too. I recently received a Gillette Fatboy I had ReVamped and at the mildest setting it shaves wonderfully and gently.

Ok, so here's a different take on the subject. I prefer thinking of a mild shave "experience" which is a combination of factors. I have a few old Techs, and yes they're mild, but perhaps due to their mild nature I work too hard and often get irritated when using them... I get my most mild shave experience from the combination of Red Tip with a Crystal blade. It feels like there's no blade on my face at all - just smooth and comfy! Of course as with all things shaving, YMMV.
