What's the logo on? That might help narrow it down.

I don't think it's Philip Morris. They owned Personna for a time. I've seen their logo on blade packs from the 60's.

This is different.

It appears to correspond to the "Royal London Gentlemen's Gifts" company, though I know very little about them beyond the name.

Ah, right!  They made Buckingham Palace shaving cream, which I once had and then sold.  I knew it looked familiar but couldn't remember why.  Thanks to everyone for the help.
