Thanks, Rob. I don't know how cost-effective it would be for an artisan to use the technique to make logo towels or t-shirts. (There probably are cheaper, less labor-intensive methods available for doing large numbers of items.) But it was fun for me to do it, and I like the towels.

I'm still using these towels, 6 months after applying the iron-on transfers, and they don't look bad at all. I hand wash them once or twice a week. The print has faded just a little, but that is reminiscent of the aging lettering on vintage Rooney and Simpsons brushes, so it's quite OK with me.
