The uber or super lather concept is really useful for me. I have few soaps that don't perform as well as I would like but smell great. I use T&H unscented cream, a few drops off glycerin and lanolin, and wallah - good shaving. I routinely uber proraso [red and white ]. There is a routine problem - one ends up with enough lather to shave a silverback gorilla.

I just don’t see extra lather as a problem Tommy!

Bahahahaha!

Zac uses a bunch of extra stuff in his videos as well to amp up performance!

I also think MDC with a cream might be awesome as well!  Things to try!

Wink  just a little dab of mango and kokum on the puck before blooming, nothing crazy. Seems to work for me so why change it when my face says thank you haha

I can't remember the last time I super lathered.....hmmmm.

I just bought 8 oz of Kokum, 8 oz of mango, and 8 oz of shea butter to be delivered via Amazon before 1800!  I am planning to combine in a bowl, melt, mix, let it cool/solidify, and then whip it.

I guess I will add a little bit to the brush before bowl lathering to see what happens.  I was going to try this later today, but I have a different experiment regarding a new honing technique.

Zac is the expert here...I am just the knuckle dragger expanding upon his technique!

Here is the kokum butter, shea butter, and mango butter melted and mixed!  It’s cooling now in fridge before I whip it up with the egg beaters.  I haven’t a clue how this is going to turn out!
