So I did it. No.....not a slight nick. We’re talking a gusher on my finger no less. Didn’t stop for 20mins. Lol
I reached into my shaving basket and ended up sliding my middle finger down my PAA Atomic slant razor. With a freaking shark blade in it. Yeah...moronic move here.
What are some of your more recent fubar shaving experiences?

I had some lather fly off a brush and land on a mirror.......either that or I ruined a Gillette new improved by trying to straighten a bent tooth. Tooth broke. Razor ruined.

A time or two while shaving with a straight, or a DE, I've moved my hand across my face either after stretching, or reaching to stretch the skin, and caught the blade. I never had a 'serious' cut from that, but there was blood.

I did this while loading a blade a few months back. Surprisingly it didn't hurt but I instantly knew I had messed up. The cut was so clean it healed back together nicely.

I dropped a $600 plisson shaving brush - cracking the horn handle. I was planning to sell the thing, since I wasn't very fond of it Sad

Laceration before shaving - getting a Feather blade with really effective glue bump out of the wrapper.

Well there’s a good reason for taking your blade out of your razor after every shave.

On Saturday I knocked a beautifully broken in Semogue 1305 boar brush off a shelf onto a tile floor and chipped the paint on the handle. Too bad but it won’t affect the function. Cheap lesson.

I did something really similar to yours with a Merkur Futur - healed perfectly and it was like nothing ever happened Smile
