Just make sure you click on "Open full editor" in the Quick Reply box and that will show the tool bar at the top of the reply box.  That is where the imgur image is that Andrew refers to.  I hope this helps.  If not, feel free to ask again.

Sorry for the photo quality, but appreciate the advice! I'll work on my photography skills, but you should know this is a beautiful handle from Dogwood. In a very nice purple and gold. Go Dawgs (UW version)! And Boulder Panthers!

FWIW, here's an in-depth review of Santal Auster in the Icarus base.

TL;DR is that it's good stuff. A bit pricey (due to scent) and a bit gamey (until it airs out a couple of times) but yeah... Looking forward to MOAR!

Hi Scott, I recently purchased brush rejuvenator from your website and asked my friend to ship it to me. When it arrived I couldn't understand what had happened to the soap. Attached pics might help you explain if this is a normal scenario or did this soap turn, on its way to me. Highly disappointed.

There was no leakage at all in the transit.

I don’t think Scott ever checks this. I would try emailing him directly. Can’t speak for him, or know for certain but it looks like the soap got hot in transit.
