Brian, I think this is a great development for Krampert's Finest.

For all of the European DFS members, you are in for a treat.  The Acadian Spice Bay Rum and the Frostbite shaving soaps and aftershave are tow of my favourites from both a performance perspective and a great scent too!

Brian, does this mean I should start hoarding now to avoid possible shortages or will there be enough to go around?Smile

Congratulations Brian. A lotta hard work no doubt, but now the rest of Western Civilization will be able to enjoy your products!

At this point Charlie, I'm wondering if all the time, effort, and money spent will actually result in product.

Edit:
I heard from Slovenia today. My take away is that things are looking good for next week, but time appears to flow differently over there. Many of the ingredients are exotic ingredients across the pond and supply has been the problem. Without an inventory of ingredients production can't begin, and the pre-production assurances we had from suppliers turned out to be based on fantasy alone. When we actually needed "stuff" the fantasy was exposed.

The latest...

I couldn't post this here yesterday there was a computer glitch with my computer that affected the site. But anyway, Krampert's Finest is now Krampert's Finest. Yes, my US trademark went through and I got the news yesterday. The EU trademark went through awhile back.

It appears supply will be an ongoing problem with EU production, but it's being worked on. The very soonest any product can come out of Slovenia will be in March some time. That's if everything goes smoothly and if the past is any gauge, it won't be smooth.

This is what a trademark registration looks like.

Congratulations indeed! Great accomplishment- I very nearly pulled out the Arcadian Spice this morning. Will celebrate your milestone with a KF shave tomorrow morning for sure.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that an experimental batch of KFBR is being produced in Slovenia using the original formula. There is a target date for marketable production to be available for sale, but I won't announce that at this time. First the test batch must pass QC before actual production gets ramped up. If there are setbacks I don't want to announce a new target date.

But things are definitely looking up for Europe! Finally! We've been working toward this goal for almost a year now and it will be a year if the projected target date is met. Wow, it's been a really tough row to hoe! I never expected it to be this difficult.
