Just got this today.  NOS from England, circa WW2.  Very innovative design.  The lather flows out the other side, under the blade.

Very nice condition.  Bakelite baseplate and handle, very shiny chrome plated topcap.  Never seen one of these before.

I'll shave with it in the morning, and report back.  If I like it I'll keep it; if I don't I'll sell it for what I paid for it.

I shaved with it this morning, using a Feather blade.  It gave me a one pass DFS with no difficulties.  It's as mild as a Gillette Tech, but more efficient, and with more audible feedback.  All in all a well designed, well balanced, and well made razor.  I have no idea if the topcap is made of brass or zamac, but the chrome plating on it is perfect.  I'm not sure if I'll keep it or not.  It shaves like my Gillette Tech with two shims. And it seems better suited for a collector than a rank user like me.

...Of note, if you look close, you can see there is what looks like a metal lining inside the handle. If I am correct, this will be a big helper in the razor lasting a long time. No Bakelite threads wearing out.

Looks like an interesting and quality purchase. At one point I was eyeing one (Merkur?) But it had such a curve like my Baby Smooth. I don't seem to get along with those blade angles. This one seems like it's a little less torqued downward. Maybe?

Nonetheless, nice find!
