What’s your opinion on Karve Titanium?

Personally I think it looks great different & different is good..love the design of the handle it’s unusual but there is something that catches your eyes on it.

I personally don’t have one heard shaves amazing and Great Value..

I know Chris is busy and one man operation is not
easy and I fully understand and respect that, it’s tough to fulfill all orders and in time.

Hope will get Karve Titanium at some point I also wonder how does the stand look like never seen one in Titanium?

Take Care

I would really like to buy one. I have the brass, stainless and aluminum Karve razors so I would like to complete the collection with the Ti. However, I have doubts that they will ever be produced. It is a shame they can’t get it together.

AFAIK they were announced ( and I'm on the list) but none have been made for sale so far.

Maybe down the road ... but don't hold your breath  Rolleyes

Has there been ANY communication to the original 50 people on the titanium waiting lists?

Not that I’m aware but I’m sure Chris is working on it.

I think COVID19 slow everything down as Alberta where Chris is in Edmonton is been hit heavily to my knowledge.

Alan, are you anywhere near Karve ? If so, and if you have the time and the inclination, send him pix of your polishing razors and see if you can work a deal with finishing the polished SS for him.

Hi Jimmy

I’m not near him I’m in different province and moved to Quebec which is about 39 hr away by driving..

I would help him definitely if he wanted me to he could ship it all pieces to me and I could ship him back but that’s if he would desire too..

At the moment I have time as I’m still looking job and applying everyday..

Karve razors I have pleasure to mirror finish very nice to work on them.

I wouldn’t even charge him as much as I’m not about money etc...nor expect things for free!

They may come out eventually, but the fact that he hasn't been able to get any out after one year suggests that this is not a sustainable addition. I'm one that thinks he needs to just focus. Maybe dump the brass, which is cheaper but arguably less demand nowadays, and focus on standard bead blasted and basic polished stainless steel razors.

How would you know how the Ti shaves amazing if Chris is the only one that has one? How would you know what a great value it is if a price hasn't been released yet? You have some inside info you'd care to share with everyone? These were teased to be released back in May only for everyone to get their hopes up and then let down Karve style, in that they hadn't even been started being produced at that point and the only communication Chris has made about production was he was experiencing difficulties in machining them a few months ago!! He hasn't even finished with the polished SS razors yet!! I still think the Ti is just a pipe dream of a guy that literally bit off way more than he can chew and at this point won't ever make it to a finished product!! He hasn't even released any Aluminum razors from the same sign up list!! The guy is the most dishonest razor maker in the industry and its looking more and more lately that the doors are probably closing for good very soon!!

How can Covid19 slow things down for a 1 man shop? We have already been told months ago he had the material to make the product? He probably hasn't said anything lately because people are so tired of the excuses and lies!!
