Karve Shaving Co. A new DE Brass razor to market.

I like my brass Karve. Not as much as my CG lv2 SS but it is nice. Need to try a C or D oc.

I used my Karve G plate SB SS back to back with my Charcoal Goods L3 SB SS Gen2 and they both gave me a superb 2.5 pass BBS shave but the Karve was just a hair smoother. Very similar shave from these 2 outstanding designs.

Anyone want to trade their B plate for my C? I don't have any pictures yet, but there's no patina on mine. Would preferably trade for a similar condition but wouldn't mind a slight patina.

After using and owning many additional razors I still very much enjoy my karve oc b plate. That being said I recently received a charcoal goods ss level 2. Im excited to find out if it can take my top spot

Very interesting as I recently used the exact same razors and although I found them also similar after a 2 pass shave, for me, the Charcoal Goods SS L3 was smoother.

The CG is way better than the Karve, in my opinion. I don’t like the Karve as much as most seem to though. I use mine as a travel razor.

I want to like my Karve but still waiting it from July 3-d =)

I also prefer my brass CG Level 3 OC and copper CG Level 3 SB to my brass Karve G SB and F OC. I find the CG’s smoother and also more efficient.
Could just be my technique and familiarity with the CG razors but time will tell. The Karve is still a great razor tho!

I’m on the waitlist for the stainless Karve. I indicated that I’m interested in the C and D plate. Wondering if the E plate would be advisable as well but not sure... I usually do a two pass shave on 3.5 days of growth. I’ve had great luck with .67/.74 WR1’s as well as 1.05/1.15 WR2’s. For those that have experience is there a big jump from D to E plates? Thanks
