I really hope they get it together from a shipping and communications standpoint! They make an amazing product but I think they should have notified people this time that all of the parts were not ready to ship. I never had issues like this in the past with waiting this long for something to ship from him. Now the communication thing has been an issue with him since day one but I could deal with that because I know they are a small operation. The issue I have is that there are many small operations out there that are able to fully communicate and address issues on a regular basis. Hopefully Chris addresses this going forward.
