I have all the SB plates from A-F and I find E a perfect daily driver, how do the OC plates compare? And what would you recommend

You know, these things are tough to call and turn into a general consensus on what would work for all. Unfortunately, there are to many variables to make a generalization on what could and should work. Skin type, hair, hair growth patterns, skin sensitivities, etc. I don't know your specific shaving needs or tendencies so, it kind of makes a recommendation more like shooting from the hip than an actual break down with factual findings that will work for you.
What I can say from my perspective is this. I get full whisker growth minus 2 tiny bald spots where my sideburns and chin whiskers would meet if I were to grow out a beard. My hairs are wirey, thin and tough, almost steel wool like and grow north to south on my face and slightly turn towards my stache and mouth from about halfway from my cheeks. On my neck, they grow slightly turning from north to southwest on one side and southeast on the other. Around Sir Adam it's basically left to right and vice-versa. For me, a good sharp blade and razor that shows some positive blade exposure is the perfect ticket for my face and all areas. The Karve with the E plate was the set up that was giving me excellent results time and time again. It works as a daily and goes through a couple of days growth with ease, comfortably and efficiently. If I got passed 3 days growth, it was F on the menu in the sb configuration. A bit more blade feel and say a bit "bitey" if you start to get a bit lazy. Still smooth but, it will remind you with a couple blood spots if you forget. Nothing like an Ikon Tech mind you but, I think you know where I'm getting here with that.
The OC plates are imo, a tiny bit more efficient while actually feeling smoother. Somehow the OC plates provide a milder face feel in conjuction with the blade and still provide a noticeable difference in cutting ability. Now, that's what I feel and perceive with my testing of both SB & OC plate combos. I can't stress enough that these are my particular findings and experiences with the Karve razor packages. I only have plates C-F in sb & B-D-F in the OC plates. Chris Kirchen over @Karve states that one could actually go down in plate configurations from sd to oc. In essence a D plate in sb should equate to a C plate in the oc plate.
Personally, I believe that move isn't even necessary as that's how smooth and efficient those Open Comb plate sizes are. The teeth on them are wide and very well rounded that almost gives it a straight bar feel. The design and tolerance is very well executed and is just superb imho.
I know I didn't give you a direct answer to your question or point you to a specific plate or plates. If you're getting great shaves from your E sb plate, you're good as gold. If you want just a tiny bit more of blade feel and efficiency, the E oc plate will do it nicely while still being just as smooth/smoother than the sb version in E. The F will turn it up some but, still retain good feel and smoothness.
