Kai Factory overview of blade production steps

I have been researching Kai AC blades and came across this brief overview of Kai blade production steps:

It appears to be focused on blades for disposables but seems to be common to other blades, as they describe various shaping, hardening and polishing steps. The interactive pages are limited, but I enjoyed the inclusion of a blade press in action.

The video of the Kai process is interesting, but it represents the process they use to produce multi-blade cartridge razors. That process might not represent the process used to produce their KAI DE and KAI Captain SE blades.
