It seems that they used the baili twist to open as well...which is an excellent budget razor.

Either way, I haven't been disappointed by anything razorock and I'm confident in purchasing anything that they put their name on.

I just received one and it is a real winner. Beautiful to look at, feels good in the hand, very mild but shaves close, just about impossible to cut myself with it. It just glides over the face, giving the most effortless BBS shave I have ever had. Highly recommended.

Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

BPman.....yep they look identical. I also heard Gillettes making blades (goals) in a factory in china. I think we can all do the math. TY but I think I'll keep buying vintage Gillettes. very tough to reinvent the wheel

I have used this new Teck II  for a few shaves and will offer my 2 cents. It's very well made & plated, believe it or not. I actually think the way of keeping the blade held in place is an advancement. This is a super smooth shaver, but it only has the aggression of the post-war Gillette Tech IMO.

My opinion still stands that of all the Tech variations that the Canadian pre-war one (triangular slots) is the most aggressive for the line and the best overall. That includes English "flat bottom" ones. YMMV.
