Nice line up.  Which razor do you use the most?  The ATT?  I've been kicking around the possibility of buying the R41 (because of its aggressiveness) or an ATT.  For my information, if you could use only one of these once per week, which would it be?

The ATT is a REALLY smooth slant and will last a lifetime. The build quality is top notch. I could use it everyday with no problems. The R41 is MUCH more aggressive, but not as smooth, and it is something I wouldn't be able to use everyday without irritation (YMMV of course). If you already have a handle you like you can just buy the R41 head for cheap to try it out for about $25 shipped here: http://www.shaving.ie/products/muhle-rep...41-oc.html

I love my ATT, but the price point is a little steep. I won't be buying anymore DEs again unless I run into a vintage that I just cannot pass on. I feel it is that good.

I really try to use all of those too, but I am going to sell the non vintage ones, and maybe keep the EJ since it was my first leap back into safety razors. I think I'll keep the 39C too, but it just isn't as smooth as the ATT. The Phoenix DOC is a GREAT razor for cleanup/buffing also.

Merkur 23C. I bought this on a complete whim in an AOS store while on vacation.

Fatip piccolo. Bought this 2 years after the Merkur to have something different.

'70s Black handle Super Speed. Bought this for $6 about 4 months after the Fatip because I wanted a vintage razor.

I really can't remember what my fourth razor was. It's all just a blur. I started to buy them in lots. I have over 50 vintage razors and a dozen brushes. Five OS mugs. About 30 soaps. About 300 blades. Oh...and one angry wife.

My purchases in order:

1. Merkur 38C
2. Murkur Progress (probably my #2 favorite)
3. Feather AS-D2 (disappointed with the performance...definitely a very mild razor...ended up selling it after a few months)
4. Muhle R41(my #3 favorite..but have to really pay attention while shaving with it as its rather aggressive)
5. Above The Tie Kronos H1 (My #1 favorite and currently the one I use most. The craftsmanship, weighting, the closeness of the shave and overall performance was well worth the investment..the H1 is a little less aggressive than the Muhle R41 and gives me an amazing shave every time)
