In Praise of Martin de Candre – an Every Day Work Horse

I've thought about acquiring SMN many times. I love my Nuavias, MdCs, XPEC, etc., but really don't like the smell of eucalyptus. In the '80s, I kept eucalyptus branches in a vase in my office for years, and my nose is exhausted. The only aftershave I've used that I don't like, out of my hundred plus, is Proraso green. How strong is the eucalyptus/Vick's VapoRub vibe in SMN?

My notes: . I got a light menthol and a bit of tobacco immediately with a fair amount of eucalyptus.

The theory is perfected in practice.
This way I understood many things.

In detail, two products of the same concept.
Very different, but they produce a similar foam.
Difficult to guess looking at the composition.
But easy to see in the image. (link)

Similar characteristics are found in:
• body
• brightness
• texture
So mechanics very similar.

The two products are two champions, in their respective categories.
On the left, the Proraso White.
On the right, the Martin de Candre Original.
As in the fairy tale, more similar than it seems ...
