Hi JB1963,
1) Under the Quick Reply box you will see three blue buttons. Click on the one that reads "Open full editor".
2) Along the top of the full editor box you will see a toolbar. Click on the black box with the "i" in it.
3) Choose the photo you want to bring to your post and select it.
4) When you click to post your reply the photo will be there.

Hi Stuart. That is a question that andrewjs18 can answer better than I. However, I'm guessing it could be any number of things. Perhaps the member no longer has access to a photo, maybe there is something wrong with someone's internet connection, or maybe something needs to be fixed when the site is getting upgraded. Again, for the definitive answer, this is something that Andrew or another member who is technologically aware can better answer. I'm sorry I could not be of more help.
