hone alone

I know some people strop their cartridge blades, but I've never seen a product for honing cartridge blades. while on vacation in Colorado with my wife last week, I saw this cartridge hone at one of the shops:

Looks like something I could've used back in the Mach 3 days. I used to loathe spending $20 on 4 or 5 of those things.

I know quite a few folks who do this with denim jeans, which is much less expensive unless you don't have jeans.

no. the only cartridge I use is a gillette guard and I typically toss the cartridge head after 3-4 shaves.

I have no idea. I saw it, snapped a few photos and put it back on the shelf.
