Was curious if any of you had seen this company. They are making reproductions of classic shaving brushes. Dubl Duck, C-mon,Merit etc.
Stumbled on them when looking for other things. Looks like they have them with badger, boar and synthetic knots. [Image: HgZpWTk.jpg]

Neil Breed is the young mans name that owns that company and not only can I now get a brand new vintage-look handle but in colors that were unavailable when they were in circulation.  Neil also showed us all how the knot gelling process takes place by offering a tutorial of how to do it.

You can listen to Neil talk about Heritage Shaving on the Lather Talk podcast episode #012. Interesting interview by Jon and Gerard.

Glad they’re back in action, I remember reading/seeing that their website and socials were down for a bit.

Neil is a great guy and I’m very appreciative for all he has done for wetshaving. Send him a message on Instagram or send an email from his website and he is very prompt at responding. He usually has some handles and knots in stock and hopefully can put something together for you.

I owned 5 of them for a bit. I was impressed with the knots and how they gelled up.

I have a couple of the synthetic knots, including the one the pictured. They’re expensive for synth brushes but I like the handles and I’m crazy for shaving stuff. Hell, I work hard...lol. I think I like the wcs abyss knot the best but I don’t personally see a huge difference between any synth.

If I could add one minor criticism, I think they could do a better job on the text fill and probably should for the price.

Neil is a great guy.
I have a penchant for bbshop brushes.
I have a stable of his handles.
You will enjoy your purchase.
Synthetics and badges are fine and lather great!
The boar was too tall for me, my fault though.
