Your list has my top 2 favs. Cold river and saponificio v. So I would go with one of them or both!

Can you please provide a link for the Slovakian vendor?
Probably TVBShaving.  The #1 place to get Haslinger cheap.

All evidence has been buried.  All tapes have been erased.

Yep that's the place.  The puck is just over two ounces, but it is well worth it.  I'm going to place a bigger order at some point.

It only took about ten days to get here.

For future reference you could take a look at West Coast Shaving. They sell Haslinger for $9/puck, but you can count on fast delivery.

Yes, but shipping to Canada is way to high. Combine with the high price, buying from N. American distributors is not cost effective for some products. There are other items they are just way too cheap overseas, even with shipping.

I will offer up two:

Gearing up for the year of Haslinger over the weekend with 12 more pucks ordered from TVB. Great vendor.
$4.56 landed for the finest soap available (imo) would be my suggestion to the OP's question.

A second would be CRSW. Another great soap I don't even think of as being artisan any more for some reason. Ingredients are top notch, unlikely to be altered at this point, great lather and gentle scents. If I can snag some I hope to 3017 a tin or two of their upcoming Fall offering before the 2016 adventure.

hey i get it that Mike makes great soaps for low dollars. The bad point is the only reason I get that is the fact that everyone says so. I have been tying to buy his soaps for over half a year and any scent I want to try is never in. I am not sure i would send someone over for that frustration. Bufflehead is great soap as every one tells me. I do not use credit cards however so the the one tile I got it in I was unable to buy it as they had no paypal. Mickey Lees will have paypal on their site and I  will make arrangements for you to buy using it in the mean time. I would love to try Mikes and I would love to try Bufflehead but with current state of affairs that is not happening. Therefore I go with CRSW and for ones you did not list Tims is excellent and so is Barrister and Mann. I honestly get a great shave when using Shannon's soaps also.

Of this list I love the Reed Point soaps the best. I found them to be great performers and great value.
