Help ID This 40's Super Speed

I just purchased this at a great price. Is it a special model or just gold plated? Thanks.

It looks like a Gillette Milord. I had one and it was a great shaver.

Is there a date code stamped on the bottom of the head? It has end caps which places it likely in the 1946-47 time frame or 1948-50 if the T-bar is notched. I can't tell from your picture if the T-bar is notched or not and I'm also going off of the end cap evolution of the Aristocrat so I could be off a little.

I just purchased this razor this morning on Etsy. From research on the web and discussion on another forum I am going with Milord. There was some question as to it being a Milady but because of the end caps and the thiness of the doors I made a decision to call it a Milord which is basically a Ranger Tech in gold. Thanks for any input and correction if needed. $20 with shipping to me is a steal.
