I believe the issue may be with the Janus Base labels for Citric.

I purchased a Janus base, Island in the Sun, in one of the past drops and the ingredients were incorrectly labeled for a Primus base. The error was just brought to Mo’s attention few days ago. He probably has to correct the labels for Citric.

I’m happy to wait. I know he is busy concocting some wonderful new soaps.

I’m doing just fine with all the GD soaps I have. There are some individuals that always have to point out issues. If you are that much of a hater, take the refund and move on. The negativity coming from you is not needed. Peace out!!

Wasn’t directed at you, I was referring to the idiot that had to post about the shipping issue a few posts above yours.

Oh so now someone is an idiot for bringing a legitimate complaint to the table? How do you promise shipping something on a set date when you don't even have it ready?

Also, labels don't just "arrive" with typos. The printing company only prints the files that are sent to them.

Everyone needs to chill, we’re talking about shaving soap right? At least we got a notice of the delay and he offered a refund, why more do you guys want?
Not everyone can be pleased but it’s just soaps, I think we will all live...

Really?  I'm shocked. Confused  Shocked I tell you!   Rolleyes

Seriously though, those of you who are not willing to abide the delay have a legitimate and reasonable complaint, and that should be acknowledged, as I think Mohammad has. OTOH we do not all have to feel as strongly as you do about it, and we, too, are entitled to respect if we want to let it go.

As for me, I think there is a whole lot more room for improvement in the shipping than in the product, and I would not have it any other way.  So I am going to take a page from frenchy's playbook and use one of the too many soaps I have in hand.  (I do miss the preshave though <sigh>.  I have a bit of V35 squirreled away for Christmas eve and morning.  But even this is a small bump in the road of life.)

If it makes you feel any better, I just experienced the same problems with Wholly Kaw's release of 'Italian Holiday'. Ordered in November and guess what, they experienced problems with their labels and the curing of the soap. Just received everything this week. Mo's not the only one with these type of problems!

Well, according to reports by nutritionists and dietary advisers...none of y'all are reading the damn labels anyway. Big Grin
