I've got them all except Lavender, and the scents are all very pleasant. But the performance is so good, I wouldn't care what they smelled like to be honest. Even the Unscented (Clarus) is a pleasure to use. 'Safe' calls are Bonum Mane and Kölnisch, very fresh and straightforward.

I have been working on a scent that's inspired by Creed Millesime Imperial I wasn't planing on releasing it, but I could use it for the samples.

I agree with Michael on the sample suggestions but the Creed Millesime sounds perfect!

Don't forget the vegan soap is $19 and ships in the US for free. Yes, I wrote free. Wink

GroomingDept is back on top after testing & using some other newly released soaps.

Hi Mohammad,

In regards to scent strength you are selling Basique at a discount due to scent strength. You rated it at a 3. How would you rate the other 3 scents on the same scale (I realize Kölnisch is currently sold out)?

Do you have a plan for scent strength throughout your soap lineup like shooting for 6 out of 10 or do you plan to have variety?

Will the new vegan soap base you are working on take over all future batches as current stock sells out?

Thank you and congrats again on your launch.

Bonum Mane is the only one left on the site, I would rate it around 5, but on Sunday I'm listing a batch of Kölnisch which I'd rate around 6-7 (last batch in the current vegan base). In the future (new vegan base and tallow+duck), Generally, I want to shoot for 7-8 in strength and maybe some at 9.

Thanks you for asking and your interest!

Thank you. I like seeing those high scent strength numbers Happy

May I just raise a note of caution with very highly scented soaps. That's well and good, but adds another level of complexity with matching AS and/or cologne. With a more mildly scented soap, there's less of an issue of conflict.

I hear you Michael! I'm conflicted, It seems the majority of people want strong scents that are complex, which I'll make available. But there will be some scents that are not strong. I'm a big fan of citrus based soaps, and will always have few around, those won't be diffusive. I definitely don't want to loose some of my biggest supporters and customers Smile

I have yet to try a soap with a scent too strong. I've found with even my strongest (Nuavia Blu and Rosso, Tabac, etc.), the scent is gone after a cold water rinse and drying my face. Maybe my sniffer is defective, but I challenge any soap maker to make a soap too strong.
