Great Vendor Customer Service

Anyone have trouble with ordering product from Crowne & Crane?  I placed an order, paid for it, and have heard nothing but crickets.  Are they still in business?

I'm sad to say that you may be out of luck.  A quick trip to Crowne & Crane turned up the following on their splash page:

I sent off an email yesterday and got both a text and email this am from Liz.  She confirmed they have shut down their operations and hope to move to another location.  Also, confirmed she is sending me my product.  Apparently, my order slipped under the wire right at the time they were shutting down and went unnoticed.  

When they are newly located and in operation I will be buying more product from them.  Very professional the way they followed up with me.
